Devin Cohen (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a multi-instrumentalist multidisciplinary artist, working with experimental abstract visual art, painting, poetry, sound art.
He has recorded several records of
poetry sound art pieces.
In 2014 he published the experimental
Alien Architect trip hop post hop poetry album Arteria.
In 2016 he published his poetry book
ALL PRAISES.
From 2015 to 2017 Devin attended Hungarian Artist Residency.
In 2018 he attended Lithuanian Artist Residency.
In 2019 his work was selected for the Ibero Biennale de Puebla de Los Ángeles.
In 2020 Devin's work was selected for Biennale de pintura J.A. Monroy in Mexico, wherein his work was exhibited in 2021 at Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Ateneo de Yucatán MACAY as well as Centro Estatal de las Artes de Baja California in Tijuana.
In 2022 Devin exhibited his solo exhibition Lienzo a Cielo Abierto at Casa de la Nube in Tlaxcala, Mexico.
In 2024 his solo exhibition Lienzo a Cielo Abierto was presented at UAM Galeria del Sur in Mexico City.
Devin's art work has been exhibited in the Slought Foundation, as well as in the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia.
